Parlour Guitar

Featured at the 2010 Melbourne Guitar Makers Festival this is a true 'Presentation Level' instrument. The rare Swiss Pine top is highlighted with Paua shell rosette and purflings. The back and sides are made from fine old Brazilian Rosewood. The Honduran Mahogany neck is dressed up with stunning Brazilian Rosewood veneers on the front and back of the slotted peg head which is fitted with top quality gold Waverly tuning machines. The guitar features an African Ebony fingerboard with diamond inlays and a traditional Brazilian Rosewood pyramid style bridge. This guitar must be seen to be truly appreciated.

Gilet 'O' Size Parlour Guitar       

Serial No. S 2031

This lovely little guitar features stunning Madagascar Rosewood back and sides and lightly flamed dark mahogany neck. The European spruce top is decorated with an abalone rosette and fine half-herringbone purflings. It has sweet open tone which must be heard to be appreciated.

Tasmanian Blackwood and Sitka Spruce braced with a carbon fiber lattice bracing pattern. Deep, full and responsive bass sound. The Rock maple neck is fitted with a black ebony fingerboard and Gotoh tuning machines. 34 inch scale length.

Concert Classical

This Concert Classical's European Spruce top is braced with a carbon fiber lattice with a tone well. It features our custom waratah flower rosette. The back and sides are Brazilian Rosewood veneer. The Mahogany neck has an ebony fingerboard which measures 52mm wide at the nut and 62mm at the body join.

12-fret to the body OO with stunning figured Tasmanian Tiger Myrtle back and sides and sitka spruce top. The New Guinea Rosewood neck has a black ebony fingerboard which is comfortable 1.75 inches at the nut. The guitar has top quality gold Gotoh 510 tuners. Like all Gilet's the guitar can be fitted with a pick-up system upon request. This OO is surprisingly loud and even with a strong responsive bass and bright clear treble.

The OOO is our most popular model and this a great example; with a AAA grade Sitka spruce top and master grade flame figured Tasmanian blackwood back and sides. The OOO is ideal for modern fingerstyle playing but is crisp and responsive with good note to note separation when flat picked as well. A fine all around instrument.
